Shipping & Costs

At an order value of 100,- €* we'll deliver without charging for shipping / handling within Germany and EU!

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, import taxes and fees may apply.

Standard delivery

We are shipping your order domestic and all over Europe with DHL; deliveries to third countries usually with UPS.

The delivery within Germany takes about 1-3 day(s). To any other european country it varies between 3-6 days. Abroad Europe, the delivery is about 7-10 days.

Express delivery

If required, we can also ship via DHL Express (only possible within Germany!) - the costs depending on weight of the parcel and starts from 16,90 €. The order will be delivered on the following working day. Unfortunately we are unable to fulfil any special delivery time requests. DHL Express delivery on Saturday costs an additional fee of 12,90 €.

Additional delivery information

If you should have ordered several articles with different shipping times, we are delivering the articles depending to their disposability in part-shipments. Additional shipping costs will not arise. The deadline for the delivery for pre-paid orders starts one day after placing the payment order and expires with the last day of the deadline. If the last day should be a saturday, sunday or any other national holiday, it will be replaced by the next working day.

All shipping costs within Germany and the EU are in EURO, including legal VAT. The shipping costs stated here to third countries are VAT-free.
