Why didn't I receive an order confirmation?
Our system sends an order confirmation within a few seconds. If you have not received one, please check your spam folder. If nothing can be found there either, please email us at webshop@look54.de
Can I also order by phone?
Basically yes - but we don't have a call center and as a small company we can't always be reached immediately by phone. Please note that we can't offer all payment methods by phone.

I accidentally entered the wrong address. Can I change this?

Do you offer vouchers?
Yes, you can order them in our webshop and they will arrive in an envelope "ready to give away".
