Here's how returns work
1. Request a return
For domestic returns with an item value of over €40 per item, we’ll be happy to provide you with a free DHL return label via E-Mail. To request this, please notify us of the item at webshop@look54.de or by phone at +49 (0)30 540008833, specifying the order number.
Items with a value of less than €40 must be returned at your own expense. In this case, you can generate a pre-filled, chargeable DHL return label here, or alternatively, arrange for the return through any other shipping provider of your choice.
2. Pack the item
Pack the item securely (preferably in its original packaging) and include a note about the return in the package, mentioning the order number - a copy of the invoice, a sticky note, whatever... Main thing is, that we know what to do once we open the package ;-)

4. Receive a refund
After inspection, the amount will be refunded to you via the original payment method. Important note:

Size Exchange
For domestic shipments, you can simply send the item back to us with a brief note requesting a size exchange. Once we receive your return, we’ll send you the replacement item with free shipping. No need to place a new order or make another payment. It’s super easy!
Returns from abroad
You can also return items from abroad. Please note in this case, that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the package. Please check with your local shipping carrier for more information.
